1. Acceptance of Terms
Supply of any products by CAFÉ TRADE Limited is in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of business. CAFÉ TRADE Limited reserves the right to withdraw this service with immediate effect in circumstances where there is a breach of these terms and conditions.

2. Payment
2.1 All invoices must be settled within 14 days of the date of the invoice, except where agreed by prior arrangement. CAFÉ TRADE Limited will charge 8% per month for any invoices that exceed the payment terms.
2.2 Invoices are sent electronically by email where an email address is provided. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform CAFÉ TRADE Ltd of any change of email address. Invoices will be sent by post where no email address is provided.
2.3 Deliveries should be checked immediately upon receipt. Payment in full will be due on any stock spoiled or damaged once delivered.
2.4 All goods are deemed the property of CAFÉ TRADE Limited until full and final payment is received.

3. Product & Delivery Charges
3.1 Prices are subject to change.  For trade account holders, delivery is free of charge on all orders of £75.00 or more within CH, L, M and WA postcode areas. Orders of less than £75.00 or outside these postcode areas will incur delivery charges based upon size and weight. Please contact Cafe Trade Limited for details.
3.2 Delivery times may be up to 4 working days for some products.

4. Links to Third Party Websites
The website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. CAFÉ TRADE Limited is not responsible for the content of any such site. We do not accept liability or responsibility for their privacy policies, based on our lack of control over these third party links.

5. Returns Policy

5.1 All risks in the products pass to the customer on delivery. Ownership of the products delivered to customer shall remain with Cafe Trade Ltd until the products are fully paid for.

5.2 Cafe Trade Ltd will only credit the customer if the wrong product was delivered and returned on the same day with the same delivery driver in original condition.

5.3 Products can be returned if the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the products. Returned products will be refunded in full or a credit not issued if returned in original condition.

6. Privacy Policy

Data can be collected and processed when our website is in operation by you. The following are approved methods of collection:

6.1 If you register for information or complete a purchase, by filling out a form we can collect the information provided.

6.2 Traffic data, weblogs, location data, and any other communication can be collected.  These details come from your visit to our site and any resource tools you use while on the site.

6.3 Any communication on our website or to personnel allows us to collect information.

6.4 Cafe Trade Limited does not retain credit / debit card information collected for payment of goods. Once payment is collected, all details are destroyed.

7. Cancellation Policy

Any order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, the returns policy applies (see section 5).
